Fuel for OpenStack

Pxe node are not getting boot

Using fuel 9.1 , latest ISO ,
Fuel master and node are on same XenServer host.
Node do got boot successfully from PXE.
While slave node booting from PXE stuck at "random: nonblocking pool is initialized" step during boot...and constantly rebooting.

Please let me know which logs to look at also please find attached snapshot from Fuel WebGUI.

Issue resolved by switching back to XenServer 7.0 from 7.2

But now there is no internet Fuel Client nodes after they boot from PXE
