rebuild nailgun targetimages

Is it possible to rebuild the images in /var/www/nailgun/targetimages.

As a test I tried to add a package to the initial package list under settings->general->provisioning in fuel.
After applying the changes, it doesn't rebuild the nailgun images and nothing is happening on my provisioned hosts.

Only if we remove the files from the targetimages and add a new node, fa_build_image will kick in and starts to build a new image.
