Hi,

I have setup a MOS 9.1 setup with 1 Controller and 2 Compute nodes in VLAN networking.

After the OS installation , when nodes tries to install Openstack it gets this error

Deployment has failed. All nodes are finished. Failed tasks: Task[tools/1], Task[tools/3], Task[tools/5] Stopping the deployment process!

We discovered this same issue using Fuel - we were able to get around this (after a lot of trial and error) by running apt-get remove systemd on the nodes and ran fuel from the command line of the fuel server - it finished the install without a problem. Still, frustrating.
