Fuel reports error when OpenStack works well

Asked by Fan Yang

I installed Mirantis OpenStack (kilo on ubuntu 14) with Fuel 7.0. After I deleted 7 base-OS nodes from the cluster and deployed the changes, Fuel repots that all nodes (controller, ceph, compute) are in error state. However OpenStack is still running and works fine, so I guess Fuel just lost the connection with some nodes. When I tried redeploying the environment, Fuel started to reinstall OpenStack on the controller node. Is it possible to fix the errors without impacting the running OpenStack environment?
