Openstack deployment fails at 45%. Error in Controller node.

---------------------------Initial troubleshooting-----------------------------
Checked the network configuration and disk configuration which seems to be fine.
NTP is set to local (fuel)
We have set the local repository using "Fuel-createmirror". in order to check the integrity we have recreated mirror.

The issue is resolved. The issue was with controller public network port (physical port). we have replaced the port and now deployment is completed successfully.
