Running fuel-qa to test fuel7.0 failed

Asked by Chiawei Xie

I follow this documentation to build Fuel-Devops.
https://docs.fuel-infra.org/fuel-dev/devops.html#install-system-dependencies

And I start tests by running this command:
./utils/jenkins/system_tests.sh -t test -w $(pwd) -j fuelweb_test -i $ISO_PATH -o --group=setup

The kvm installed fuel by name 'fuelweb_test_system_test_admin'.
But it had message 'Waiting for external configuartion(or press ESC to skip)' when kvm installed admin node.
I pressed ESC to skip and waited a few more minutes.

It had some ERROR message 'ERROR: NO such image or container: postgres ', and installation could not continue.

I used version of fuel 7.0 and fuel-devops 2.9.18.
