Python3 packages missing when build fuel ios from source

Hi
when I follow the guide to build iso manually on Ubuntu14.4
i met following issue:

I check edthe remote repostory, seem those packages are not there.

I tried both on stable/8.0 and master, same issue as above.

fuel 8.0 and fuel master both met same issue.
