how to create local mirror

I am deploying an openstack environment on my vsphere.I want to create a local mirror but I do not know how to do it ,please help me

Actually I had already read this doc，but it seems not help. The doc actually is providing a way to deploy via internet but i can't do like that. I just want to deploy my openstack with varies OS I already have, like Windows and Linux.

Are there any other approaches ?

Hello,

According to the following documentation https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-7.0/operations.html#external-ubuntu-ops you can create full locally repository on your Fuel Master node and deploy openstack from locally repository (without internet connection)

Could you please clarify, what did you mean "... deploy my openstack with varies OS.."?
