Fuel UI not loading. Connection timed out error. But the fuel logo appears on top of the tab.

Asked by Sagar Ruchandani

I am trying to install openstack using fuel on virtual box.
Fuel is successfully installed and it says running on server: http://10.20.0.2:8000
Fuel UI not loading. It says Connection timed out error. But the fuel logo appears on top of the tab.

Also, while configuring the IP addresses and DNS during Fuel setup, I kept everything as default, there was a message "Cannot resolve www.google.com" Is the above problem because of this? What is the workaround?

Hi,

Please check whether all the containers are installed and ran.
"dockerctl list -l"
"dockerctl check"
It looks like a problem with the postrges container.

Fuel doesn't require internet access by itself but you will have to have it in order to deploy your environment.

Thanks,

Can you help with this problem?
