deploy failed with fuel 6.1 by virtualbox in ubuntu

i create fuel-master and three fuel-slave node with shell script in fuel-main repository.
i deploy openstack with CentOS, ceph enable, but deploy is failed .
the error is :
(/Stage[main]/Ceph::Conf/Exec[ceph-deploy config pull]/returns) change from notrun to 0 failed: ceph-deploy --overwrite-conf config pull node-4 returned 1 instead of one of [0]
I login to controller node by ssh, and i can't ping 192.168.0.4 (manage-network, and is VLAN tagged in eth0 and computer node).
The same environment is success deployed by fuel 6.0.
