seems the reason for which your Zabbix is getting some internal timeout, so Galera is down.
Is the cluster HA health ok?

1) What's the primary controller in your configuration? node-13 or node-15?
2) Check the HA status following this https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/community/osor/news/ep-study-%E2%80%9Ceu-should-finance-key-open-source-tools%E2%80%9D and paste the outputs: `crm status` and `crm resource`

Hi Fabrizio, when i receive this error the environment it's in installation status. When i choose Zabbix FUEL first install Zabbix server and after install the node. This error it's on controller node log.

It could be that the node it's virtual?

I have a problem when i configure the thirth node with a virtual machine.

What do you think about mix hardware and virtual node?

Hi Fabrizio, i have upload a new diagnostic file with logs.

In this installation i have try to installa openstack with Zabbix and third controller on virtual machine.

Mario,
the Zabbix server can run both on metal and VM with no distinctions. The thing, here, is probably connected to the procedure you're following to install the environment.

I'd recommend you to try this: Add the Zabbix master, Deploy Changes, THEN, add the other nodes and, Deploy Changes.
