Fuel for OpenStack

Hi guys i am new to fuel and openstack i am in need of help

i have deployed fuel 6.0 in HA mode . details of openstack nodes are as follows : 2 controller nodes , 1 controller +cinder node(total 3 controller nodes) , 3 mongodb nodes, 1 compute node. In the start everything worked fine in the setup and it passed all the health checks. however after some time of deployment openstack dashboard does not log me in. upon running the openstack-status i am getting the following errors

Authorization Failed: An unexpected error prevented the server from fulfilling your request. (HTTP 500)

== Nova instance flavors ==
2015-02-05 09:21:10.135 15550 WARNING oslo.db.sqlalchemy.session [req-4b08d14c-3c6c-486a-838a-466151e7e0ad ] SQL connection failed. -1 attempts left.

== Nova instances ==
ERROR (ClientException): An unexpected error prevented the server from fulfilling your request. (HTTP 500)

while running keystone user-list command, i am getting the following error

what would be the problem here ????

Hello Abdul Hannan,
what you reported seems to be a very generic error. If I were in you, I'd start to troubleshoot HA issues, which might affect your database status:

We had some nasty bug in Keystone -losing authentication tokens after 24 hours- but in your case I think there is something wrong in the database. Please check if you have some lost connection or other errors in the MySQL/Galera logs.
