Isn't Gwibber integrated in Ubuntu message tray any more?

Asked by dagr

I have installed Gwibber on my netbook after upgrading to 13.04. Earlier Gwibber was integrated in the message tray, and (system) messages from Twitter appeared on my screen. Very nice to get small drops of news when working on something else without having the Twitter page open.

Gwibber appears now as Friends. I can open the program, but this is only messages in a row. Not very convinient for my use. Have something gone wrong with my installation, or is it the way the program now works?

Yeah, for the moment the integration with Messaging Menu is missing in Friends. Don't worry, there's already a bug opened to request it to be added back.
