How or Who solder those board for you

My Question is pretty dummy, but since I manifacture my own PCB board, I want to build one of your board, BUT, I cant imagine how can I solder those little IC myself,......do you pay somebody to solder it for you or you do it by yourself?

I'm doing the assembling and soldering by myself. I usually use a stencil, solder paste and a reflow oven, but for small quantities this method also works: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_Qt5CtUlqY&feature=related very important is to use tack flux.
