FreeIMU v0.1 - how to activate acc in MultiWii?

Hi,
I have FreeIMU v0.1 attached to my arduino nano running MultiWii v1.7 with external pullups as required and internals disabled.
I have defined these values
#define ITG3200 // gyro
#define ADXL345 // acc
#define HMC5843 // magneto
and it works mostly.
But I do not get actual readings for the acc in the GUI.
The values from the ACC are static and I found that the one value not zero but still static.
What do I have to change in code to also get readings for ACC?
I do get varying values for gyro and magneto, so I feel I am really close.
