Nemo sidebar - Colors don't sync until folders opened

Asked by Gotolei

After the file manager is first started, it doesn't actually load up the colors until either the folder's parent or the folder itself is loaded. I'm assuming this is mostly the file manager's burden to handle (and in addition Nemo seems to be the only one of the three with support for colors in the sidebar, so I'm not sure if the support is even intended) but is there anything that can be done by the script/user to force-load a cache or something so it loads right away the same way emblems do?

Hi Gotolei,

No, there is not a way to tell Nemo refresh it. Folder Color already
refresh the folders with a command and the system see that.
IMHO This is an issue in the file manager ;)

Best regards.
