How I can add fixed translation?

I finished russian translation. How I can add .PO file here?

Hi,

You have to upload or work in Launchpad https://translations.launchpad.net/folder-color/trunk/+pots/folder-color/ru/+translate

If you are not from the translators team, you have to wait someone approbe your translation.

And it will be released in the next version.

I can not upload it, you have to upload it, because if Ibupload it, they will automatic approved and I an not approve a language wgich I don't understand.
