Where is the database stored that holds all the configured folder colors?

Hi, means that configuration is inside a database of the file system. You can't copy just a folder or file.
My advice is to backup the complete /home.

Hi, I don't remember.
But as the FS is from the hard disk, I would recommend you to copy
everything and check the colors are right.
