[Feature request]: open a link in default browser

Fogger is not a fully-fledged internet browser, nor it should be. However is fairly common that (I'm thinking Facebook and Gmail, but I feel this is general) when using a webapp the need to open a link in the default browser, instead of in another window of Fogger, arises.

Example: my friend posts a Youtube video on facebook. I'd like to be able to do <Right click>->"Open in default browser".

I'd even dare suggest of making this the default behaviour when Left clicking (obviously with an option to revert this), but I know it would involve much "specific case"-ing, which probably is never a brilliant idea.
