Can I specify flow port number?

Hi,

I'm using this awesome tool and everything works well. But now I wish I can send a flow from 10.0.0.1:any port to 10.0.0.2:5001 with 10Mbps, and another flow from 10.0.0.1:any port to 10.0.0.2:5002 with 4Mbps. How can I do this?
