Glad you got it sorted - I didn't receive an email about this question, need to see if I can set that somewhere. :)

Just out of interest, how did you download the code in Vista in the end? Also, did you manage to get it working in Vista, or where you just after a way to download the source code?

Thanks,

Keyvan

Hi
Used Bazaar to download the code....It's not the easiest to use for a novice like me...Seemed to refuse me from the bzr command line however used Command Prompt in windows using " bzr branch lp:fivefilters "
and downloaded the source code. All the features did not work at first until i downloaded the "bzr branch lp:~keyvan-k1m/fivefilters/content-only"
Code then worked well on my webspace and looks like it has huge potential

Thanks for letting me know. I'm glad it worked out for you. :)

Yes, the bzr command is not something everyone will be familiar with. It's what launchpad offers and the easiest option for me because I don't have to worry about packaging everything up in a zip file whenever I make a change. But I might see if there's a way to automate the creation of a zip file when changes are committed.

As for the full text rss code (content-only), that's only needed if you use the 'fetch full text' option. I think I'll make that clear in the next set of changes.

Thanks again for the update,

Keyvan

I too had issues with downloading the files with bazaar standalone, here is what i did::

go to https://code.launchpad.net/fivefilters

then click on one of the four branches

then take that url and use that in bazaar.

hope this helps others, i had issues for a while until i figured this.
