Get the result feed and pass it to another app

After I input the feed into fivefilters.org I wait 20s and get a page w/ a result link with the processed results
http://fivefilters.org/content-only/makefulltextfeed.php?url=feeds.feedburner.com/TechCrunch&max=3
I then copy and paste this result link into a rss reader but I have to wait 20s again to get the processed results.
Am I right to say that the function makefulltextfeed.php is called again and has to work again?
If so is there an easy hack I can do to cache the previous results? I dont want to do this twice

The results are cached for 20 minutes on fivefilters.org so it shouldn't be taking so long. Perhaps the RSS client pulling in the feed is slow. :)
