Not able to view projected balance

I am paid monthly on 20th of each month and I need to be able to see how much money I will have in my account on the day before payday, which is the most critical time for anybody, but I can't see how I can get this information.
If I view the blotter I can then go to "Month Preview", which shows all of the transactions for that month and the balance at the end of the month. However, this balance will always look healthy as my monthly salary was recently credited and so this is useless.
If the balance could also be shown against each transaction in the month preview then I would be able to quickly and accurately see the balance immediately prior to being paid and I could use this to watch my balance throughout the month.

Examples:
I am going away in August and I need to know how my finances will be – how much spare money will I have to take with me - and so I need to be able to show the balance for August right up to pay day.
I need to be able to plan for future purchases and so I need to be able to see how my finances will be in 3 months/6 months etc.
These are just a couple of examples that demonstrate how I am struggling to get out of the software what I need.

I imagine that it is a simple addition to show the balance against each transaction. Note that this functionality is in Inesoft Cash Organiser, which I have used to great effect for several years but I have now moved to Android and I need this functionality, which I would like to see in this software.

I like this software and would hope that the required functionality could be added to make this useable for me.

Please confirm that this can be added along with timescales.
