Backup

Hi, could you help me with backup format? Do you have some code to parse a backup file or just convert it to csv. I know that I can just export to csv but what I do is export to googledocs and then make similar recalculate in excel. So I'll be thankfull.

Sorry for my extreamly poor english :( I hope you enjoy iy ;)
