QIF date export issue

Asked by Kevin

I am having an issue with QIF exports. I am from Canada and everything on my computer uses MM/dd/yyyy for the date, this includes Quicken. When exporting to QIF with Financisto it exports as dd/MM/yyyy which then imports as the wrong date in Quicken. For instance today is July 3, 2011 or 07/03/2011, but the QIF file shows 03/07/2011 which Quicken reads as March 7, 2011.

I have tried some other finance applications that allow the user to choose the date export format. This would save me from manually editing the file before import all the time.

Thanks!
Kevin

Fixed in 1.4.9 by introducing an option to select date format for QIF export

While exporting data from any account in homebank 5.4.3 , the entire transaction list in that account is exported. What is the way to export transaction filtered on some criteria. For example if one wants to export only category transactions excluding transfer transactions. What is the procedure?

Can you help with this problem?
