Can transfers have a processing delay

Some transfers have a multi-day delay from leaving one account to arriving in another. Is it possible to replicate this behaviour?

If not, could there be a pending-blotter added to accomplish this?

I guess with the silence this isn't possible so maybe should be a feature request?

It is not yet supported.. The only way to achieve that is to do "manual" transfer - 2 separate transactions..
