Duplicate scheduled transactions

I seem to have some rather odd behaviour with scheduled transactions.
They popup on time ok and go into the blotter as expected, and balances all update ok. A couple of days later, I get a notification of a missed scheduled transaction and I'm given the choice to reconcile or clear them. No matter which option I choose, a second, duplicate entry is created in the blotter which I then have to manually delete.
Am I missing something or is this a bug?
I'm using Android 2.2 on an HTC Desire.
