Menu Button Doesn't Pull Same Options

When I follow the overview online and it says to press "menu" on the main screen in order to set up "categories" it doesn't give me the same options as it shows it should. I have "Entities" "Scheduled" "Mass Operations" "Backup Database" etc. but no "Categories" when I press "Menu" my screen pulls up completely different. How do I set up my categories?!

That's because the tutorial is already outdated. To access currencies, categories, locations and projects please select Entities from the menu.
