Can I use Financisto on two Android phones and keep their application db in sync?

I would like to use Financisto to manage my household budget. One Financisto should run on my device, the other on my partner device. Both of us should operate on the same transactions, budgets, ... but it should be possible to identify, for each transactions, which was the author of the transaction (payer). A plus would be the possibility to set, for each category, the quota of competence for each payer, and then to see at a glance if one of the payers is over or under is quota: e.g., my partner should spend 40% of the money for food, and I should spend for the remaining 60%.
