where do i submit feature/suggestions to improve the software?

You have to open a bug, and select option "Improvement".
People who manage bugs are people who write software.

Where do you select this Improvement option? Can't find it :)

To my understanding:

- if you'd like to submit a bug, then it's straightforward;
- if you'd like to submit feature request, then you should submit a blueprint.
