Listening to .pls radio files

I am unable to play the MP3 audio stream from this website...
http://207.245.67.204/listen.pls (This is a link to WHYY Public Radio Station from Philadelphia)
When I go to File > Open URL and enter the above URL, a listen.pls file gets added to the playlist but it does not play.

Which Exaile version are you using?

If it's the development version, it currently does not support adding a Web playlist yet. This is definitely planned, though. The tracking bug is bug 367536.
