Gstreamer issues

I tried to install Exaile under Windows 7 using the installer from the downloads page, and even though it installs gstreamer, within the installer, exaile claims it is unable to find it. i also tried to install gstreamer from their own site, but that doesn't work either.

The output when i launch Exaile is not very informative, it only complains about the fact that Gstreamer is missing and tells me where to get it. I tried both the 32 and the 64 bit version of Gstreamer.
