Exaile

MP4/AAC support

I encode my music as AAC (because of better audio quality) wrapped inside MP4 (because of metadata support) file in my music library. I tried to play such files in Exaile but it doesn't play them at or add them in "Collection". Totem plays the files correctly...
Amarok also plays the files and can modify the metadata. I should have all needed gstreamer plugins installed because Totem plays the files. I am using Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon.

So, is there or will there be support for AAC in MP4 files and that the files are visible in Collection?

I found the new 0.2.11 version and it plays MP4/AAC files and has tag editor (haven't tested if it works though). Great!
