Pearl Audio Converter (pacpl) plugin for Exaile

hi all
great job in Exaile...
pacpl is a great tool for audio convertions and as far Im informed there is an amarok plugin.
Whould it be possible to create a pacpl plugin for Exaile in order to convert files from one format to another, just with right click let's say? Is there a plan for this

Theoretically possible, however a transcoder based on our native gstreamer is more likely, as that wouldn't require any additional dependencies and there's already some basic framework for such in the code. There are no plans to add a transcoding UI to exaile currently, however patches are always welcome. :)

thank you Aren your reply is clear. I'm really new in programming but I would like to give it a try...
anyway I think such a conversion option (or plugin whatever) would be great and very useful in Exaile...
