Where can an Exaile user submit feature or improvement requests? https://bugs.launchpad.net/exaile/ seems to be bug-centric.

Blueprints are used for feature requests.

The "bugs" section is also used for feature requests / wishlists. I think blueprints are more for plans of actions.
