I want to remove ALL "Weather" References from Evolution

I want to remove the "Weather" references from Evolution, as they are neither needed, or helpful.
I have customised the Categories to suit, but having them is starting to annoy.
That and they take up room want for other thing, like better definitions.
Can I remove them?

see if there is an evolution irc channel somewhere, other people may be having similar problems to you
