I think there is a bug reported on this: Bug #293797

To obtain the Crash Report, the easiest way is to enable Apport. By default in typical installations, the apport would be disabled and this can be enabled by editing the /etc/default/apport file and setting the enabled=1.

Once this is done, try to reproduce the crash sequence on the evolution. When the Evolution actually crashes, a dialog box would be prompted by the apport crash report with dump, trace etc. where the bug could be reported.

I hope this helps.
