better sounds to indicate that patron has 50 books already, and when the check cd notification pops up

Asked by Susan Hines

This may already be in the new update. But when patron already has 50 books out, the notification pops up but it's not a really noticeable sound, so it doesn't catch our attention. So this would be better to have a louder sound. like the emergency error.

Exceptions to have a more noticeable tone

This question was expired because it remained in the 'Open' state without activity for the last 15 days.

WOW not my fault it is still in the open state. Yes, this is a continuing problem.

Susan,

I would recommend reporting your issue to whoever is in charge of supporting your Evergreen instance rather than through this question form.

This form is for asking general questions about the software project and isn't meant to be a means for requesting support. If you would like to report a bug, please visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen and click "Report Bug". Otherwise, I recommend going through whatever support channels are available to you within the agency that supports Evergreen for your library.

Thanks,

Chris Sharp

Hi Chris,
I thought I did report it as a bug. Sorry. It was "open" and then expired.

Susan,

I thought so. I would still recommend working with the system administrators of your Evergreen instance before reporting a bug, but you can report one at https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen (click "Report Bug" in the upper right) if you wish.

Please mark this question resolved if you don't have further questions.

Thanks,

Chris
