Pop-ups in the staff client in 2.5

2.5 seems to be real touchy if you mistakenly press F4 then F3 before the patron search comes up. You end up getting 4 popups and must click OK for each before you can continue working in the staff client. This wasn't happening in previous versions of Evergreen. Any possibly that this could be fixed?
