Ubuntu packages available

Asked by Václav Šmilauer

I have put together ubuntu packages for esys-particle at https://launchpad.net/~eudoxos/+archive/ppa .

They are quite rough in terms that it installs libs in /usr/lib, even though technically they are plugins.

Second thing is that in karmic, there is mpi-default-dev and mpi-default-bin that is used, but jaunty (and pre-jaunty) versions have to use libopenmpi-dev and openmpi-bin directly instead.

FInally, boost::filesystem 1.38 (karmic) has to be linked explcitly to boost_system-mt lib, which I added directly to the Makefile.am for that version.

The diff is agains the 2.0 orig tarballa and could be applied to current snapshot as well.
