In-simulation Bonding

Dear all,
Recently, I tried to create a model with bonded particles under the gravity, but all bond are broken. Particles are dropped down by the gravity and behave like the rubber struggling on the floor which then make all bonding to disappear.
So, I have an idea to let all particles just compacted by the gravity first, then just bond them after they are settled.
Is this possible to do the in-simulation bonding after all particles in the models are settled by the gravity?
