Extracting fracture in 2D

Asked by Wasin Meesuay

I am currently conducting a 2D biaxial testing which I adapted the code from rot_compress. I can visualised the particle movement through paraview but when I tried to view the fracture using

> fracextract -i snapshot -o fractures.vtu -vtk -rot -t 0 301 50000

the output fracture.vtu file can do nothing in paraview.

My model is using the RotSphere and do have a lot of bond breakage on the particle visualisation. Is the problem is that fracextract can only use in 3D? or I just miss something?

Thankyou for advance krub. ^_/||\_^

My problem is solved, my simulation is having a problem with the ConnectionFinder when defining bond.
