particle insertion algorithm of GenGeo

I am interested in the particle insertion algorithm of GenGeo (InsertGenerator3D).

Could someone give me a reference paper of this algorithm?

N.B. I don't have a PDF of this paper. I'm not even shure it exists in digital form (i.e. other than in a printed volume)
