Could someone give me a reference paper of this algorithm?

Place D, Mora P., "A random lattice solid model for simulation of fault zone
dynamics and fracture process". In: Bifurcation and localisation theory in
geomechanics. Balkema Rotterdam/Brookfield, 2001.

N.B. I don't have a PDF of this paper. I'm not even shure it exists in digital form (i.e. other than in a printed volume)
