Install Esys particle on Windows 10

Could you please give me directions on how to install Esys particle on Windows 10? I have tried all the options from FAQs but couldn't find a way through.

Hi,
ESyS-Particle can not support Windows OS until now, you can install ESyS-Particle on Ubuntu/Linux.

There is a migration of ESyS-Particle to Windows 7 branch which I made several years ago at:

https://launchpad.net/esys-particle/esys-particle-win

This was tested on Win7, however due to personal reasons no maintenance was made since 2012.
