Good idea; I'll put one together and post the link here when it's available.

As yet, there is no stable or even official experimental version; once there is, I'll have two branches, one "this should build and have no @untested blocks", one "random commits from Stephen" branch. When Haskell-Ermine is mature enough to be a target for the guide, I'll consider what to do then.
