How to configure epoptes client for ipv6 ?

If I configure epoptes client for ipv6-master server, connection fails with:

[ipv6-address]:[port]

because epoptes does not recognize the last block as port number, but as part of ipv6.

Epoptes doesn't support ipv6 yet, please file a bug report for it:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/epoptes
