how to install and configure epoptes under ltsp (server on fat client)

we had a small talk about installing and configuring epoptes under ltsp on IRC. U asked me to remind U over here.

So it would be rather interesting how to manage this installation to watch ltsp-clients via epoptes from a fat-client driving the epoptes-server.
