Subtitles?

Asked by krank23

Are there any plans to support at least *.srt and *.sub subtitles? The lack of support (or, I guess, nonfunctional support) is really kind of a dealbreaker to me atm...

krank23, there currently are no plans to support subtitles. At the moment, we are focusing on cleaning up Entertainer's core logic and the backend (as well as creating a proper package so users don't have to run the code directly from a source branch).

That does not mean, however, that we would never implement that feature. It just means that it won't be a top priority. What you're "asking" for is really a feature request. I'll spawn a wishlist bug off of this question so that we can make sure to capture what you're looking for.

Thanks for your interest in Entertainer.
