I would like to know if it will be possible to connect to an VDR-Server with Entertainer?

Achim,

I'm guessing that you're referring to a Video Disk Recorder. While I can pretty much guarantee that there isn't any code in Entertainer to deal with possible peculiarities with a VDR, I'd guess that at as long as your computer has network access to the server files, it could index information about them.

We will eventually pursue handling of digital video recording, but we are currently trying to solidify our core code and handling of audio, video, and images as efficiently as possible.
